Researcher Voices – We also need to hear more authentic researcher voices, so that we all understand their experiences, opinions and needs better. Both early career people ‘old hands’. Imagine if each of the librarians, publishers, technologists and consultants who regularly come to R2R brought an academic or editor with them next time – what conversations we would have! And they should be on the podium too!
